Information used by Onbrand

We process account details, creator and business profiles, campaign participation, submitted content, communications, and payment records to provide the service. Connected providers may supply an account identifier, public profile information, and an email address where available.

Instagram connections

With your permission, we use Instagram account information to verify control of a posting account. Access tokens are stored securely on the server. Disconnecting a posting account removes its stored access token. Instagram sign-in and posting-account connections are separate permissions.

When requested, verification codes are delivered through Meta WhatsApp. Campaign opportunities and participation updates require separate notification preferences. You can disable these preferences or reply STOP to stop notifications. Verification does not automatically subscribe you.

Service providers and access

Supabase provides authentication and database services; Meta processes connected-account and WhatsApp interactions; our hosting and payment providers process information needed for their services. Authorized businesses can see relevant creator participation records. We do not expose provider access tokens to other users.

Retention and requests

We retain information needed to operate your account and fulfill campaign, payment, audit, and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion through account settings or the data-deletion page. Records needed for outstanding obligations may require retention after account closure.
