Request data deletion

To request deletion of your Onbrand account, open your profile and choose “Request account deletion.”

If you cannot sign in, email hello@otislabs.co.tz with the subject “Onbrand data deletion” and your account identifier. We will verify ownership before acting on a request.

You may disconnect Instagram separately in your posting-account settings. Removing access in Meta also revokes the connection. Financial and audit records required for outstanding obligations may be retained; we will explain any applicable limitations when reviewing your request.
